Fermented with our house cultured yeast in stainless steel tanks for 30 days and then transferred to burgundian oak barrels with brettanomyces, where it lay to mature for 36 months before bottling. After packaging, each bottle is bottle condition 60 days in our caves.

Mahe hapu, funky, brettine, puuviljane, virsikune, kuiv, alks on väga hästi kaetud... Hea. Siin on nii palju pruulikodasid (100+), et mingid head asjad jäävad väga lihtsalt täitsa märkamata..

Sample (thanks omhper!). Honeyish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is floral, some nectary tones with mild wood and some tart tones. Flavour is floral, some tart wooden tones, nectary and mild bretty and quite much green apple skins to it. Citrus and tart finish.

Draught, half pint. @Artbeerfest 2024, Caminha. 13/07/2024 [#7.554 Global - #159 Sweden - #3 Munklägrets Microbrasserie] Pours pale orange with a lacing head. Aroma: oak barrels, sour apples, brett. Taste: bretty and oaky. Rounded brett saison. Next one, please!

75 cl-flaska från SB. Disig gulorange vätska med medelhögt skum. Funkig stalldoft. Mjukt syrlig, rejäl kropp med fruktig sötma. Mjuk lite murrig brett, syrlig stenfrukt, strå. Lite lambictouch om man tänker lite större och starkare lambic. Riktigt gott

Flaska. Söt och syrlig med massor av röda äpplen och trä. Vinös. Låg kolsyra. Förvånansvärt lättdrucket.

Tap @ Barski, Helsingborg. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are barnyard, funk, lactose acid, fruits and malt. Nice sour finish.
