A fresh brettanomyces saison in Belgian style. Frid has a generous dose of soft malt taste, hints of spices, almond, apricots and citrus peel. Big, bold and bad-ass with balanced tartness and funk.
Fermented with our house cultured yeast in stainless steel tanks for 30 days and then transferred to burgundian oak barrels with brettanomyces, where it lay to mature for 36 months before bottling. After packaging, each bottle is bottle condition 60 days in our caves.
