Aromas are resiny hops with a little citrus and malt. Flavors are similar to nose, on the sweet side with enough bitter and carbonation to balance. Add in a bit of pineapple. Decent but nothing special.

Can from Sprouts Mkt in Woodland, CA. Pours hazy gold with a large creamy white head. Aroma is citrus and white berry and/or melon. Med body. Flavor is citrus, white berry, melon and a pine note. Dry, but suggesting juicy. At least moderately bitter. Very good flavor.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a hazy orange yellow with a full two fingers of foam that lingers. Pineapple, orange and dank on the nose. Palate is similar with a nice tropical fruit and citrus pith note underneath. Drying finsh. Very nice.

Comes right to the edge of being too sweet, then turns left into a firm pine-mineral bitterness, dissipating the bright veins of mango, strawberry, orange, and lychee. Finishes with an unexpected floral note in the fade. Not bad, but I wish the lingering sugars weren’t so prominent in the finish.

I can't believe its 2024 and I'm the first to rate this new beer from Sierra Nevada (even had to enter it into the site). Crazy. Anyway, mildly hilarious to me this is labeled as a hazy double IPA and its not very hazy and drinks somewhere between a hazy and a west coastie. Light hazy in glass, pale gold. Nose is a bit funky, tropical fruit, grassy, a little sweaty sock. Flavor is clean hops, flavors indistinct but not overly different from the nose. Semi-dry, light to medium body is surprising for 8%, clean malts, crisp and crackery. Medium bitterness at finish. Its alright. Its good, showcasing what SN can do, but it breaks no new ground and is just yet another IPA in an ocean of IPAs.
