Who would have known that making cider was as easy as fermenting apple juice? I would have quit brewing beer long ago! This cider was made as a base for blending but many people seem to like it how it is, so we may be changing this out with some fun blends in the near future but in the meantime, Cider Your Ass Down and be glad it’s not dickens.

Apple juice and hay aroma. Bright amber. Mildly sweet apple juice, and moderately bitter dry hay flavor. Good body.
