For this beer we blended our 2 base recipes (Saison and Lambic) in a 85/15 ratio and dry-hopped it with some nice American hops. A complex yet accessible DANSAERT beers with fruity notes and a fresh acidity. A nice beer aperitive!

Small if stable white head over hazy golden beer. Horseblanket, solvent, leatherpolish, green apples. Sweet(er) apples, horseblanket, farmyard, bit of sparandrap. Again sweeter apples/cider in the finish. Very faintly sweet in any case; chamomile. Good carbonation, slight acidthinning and slight(er) acidburn. Very convincing. BBP has really become a lambicblender. Txs to Stef!

Bottle 37.5cl. with crown cap from Gastro Beer @home poured into a tumbler. Slightly hazy pale amber colour, small white fizzy head, mostly diminishing, almost no lacing. Aroma brett, peach, lemon, woody notes, but especially retronasal wood, farmyard, hay. Taste mild sour and light sweet and bitter, brett, lemon, peach, hay. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, lingering aftertaste as in taste, well-balanced, refreshing, simple but very nice.
