This lightly hopped lager is a real easy drinker. Fermented with Mexican-style lager yeast for authenticity. Just garnish it with a juicy wedge of lime… Feels like the right thing to do!

Pours clear yellow and has a light, lime and grainy malt aroma. The lime is pretty prominent in the flavor. It’s light bodied with grainy malt and a bit of bitterness. This isn’t really my thing, but it’s crisp and refreshing.

12oz can, part of monthly beer club. okay. Definitely a very lime-mexican lager. Better than expected, but still not really my jam

Yellow with a medium sized white head. Tangy and sweetish with a light lime note. Medium finish and body.

Pour is plain old clear pale yellow. Lots of bubbling carbonation continually visible within. Nose has just a hint of lime. Taste also has just a hint of lime but the lime comes thru a little strong on the aftertaste. Not as much carbonation on the finish as the visual co2 would indicate. Nothing special here, just a fairly clean well behaved brew. Some rude lime peel bitterness surfaces toward the end. Not bad overall.
