Bottle, 75cl. A still, headless beer, brown in color. Mostly unclear. Alcohol, toffee, dark dried fruit, some roasted malts and chocolate. Nuts, bread crust, caramel. It's full bodied, warming and sweet, with a gentle bitterness. Toffee, dark dried fruit, brown sugar, toffee and some dark chocolate. Alcohol, oak, vanilla, toffee, oats and a piney hoppiness. Lasting finish with lots of complexity, tasteful as hell. Delicious. 231224

Frothy off-white good mostly diminishing head. Dark red amber colour. Heavy malty and moderate hopy candis aroma. Heavy bitter wonderful flavor. Licorice and candis dominating. Long hEavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottled. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel, vanilla, and bourbon. The flavor is sweet with notes of wood, booze, roasted malt, caramel, vanilla, and bourbon, leading to a dry finish.

Bottled, huge thanks HP! Shared with friends at SVS 2023. Very dark brown body, off-white head. Brown sugar, big bourbon barrel notes in the aroma, alcohol, whoa! Lean, nice and drinkable taste, somehow peaty, though obviously bourbon is there, malty, chocolate, nice and drinkable. Lovely! My notes aren't that complex as it was the last beer of the festival for me, before i had to run for the train, but I appear to have loved it!

Bottle.Dark amber colour with small head.Aroma of vanilla and bourbon nice sweet warming taste with good note of chocolate and caramel nice warming taste and sweet finish.

75cl @ Dinøl, Odense. Pours Dark amber with a small collapsing head. Lots of Wood and raw alcohol. Bourbon, vanilla, Dark fruit, sugars and booze. Sharp and quite unrefined.

Draught @ Cafe Albert. Pours black with a small brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, vaniilla, light wood, bourbon. Flavor is sweet, roast malt, caramel, chocolate, wood, oak, vanilla, bourbon, some alcohol. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. 200523
