We love an old-fashioned, light and moist chiffon cake, so we designed this big, fresh beer to mimic that cushiness with bright lemon and fluffy coconut. Husky, creamy Sabro hops fuse with El Dorado’s pineapple-mango notes surrounded by the lemony, gossamer threads of Cashmere hops for this bright, buoyant DIPA.

Tickling kisses of bright lemon surround coconut froth in this bouncy house of fresh delight. Big by design and light-tasting by surprise, Paradise Delight is a curious DIPA as springy as a lemony chiffon cake splashed with tropical cocktails.

Chiffon lemon balm. Pours hazy yellow with ok head and lacing. Finishes kind of cloying. Pretty bad. Can.

Can at the DCBeer May share. Poured a bright, mostly clear vibrant orange color with a small white head. Aroma was light lemon, coconut. Some light coconut, sunscreen. Missing something?

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold with a small, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Sweet aroma of bready wheat malt, coconut, pineapple, lemon and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy wheat malt, coconut, tangerine, pineapple and floral hops in a sweet finish. Medium body with a sticky, syrupy texture and soft carbonation. Abv is well hidden and I think they achieved what they were going for here, but the coconut is overpowering. Too sweet for me to have more than one.

Golden with a large foamy white head that left good lacing. Bitter and tangy with cactus, grapefruit and coconut. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.
