This is our take on a traditional German Pilsner. A full malt bill; bready and soft caramel notes which has been generously hopped with a blend of Hallertauer Mittlefruh and Saaz hops and fermented with a classic Bavarian yeast. Clean, crisp and classic.
Note: Initially also known as Craft Pilsner.

0,33l can from the brewery online shop. BBE 17/MAR/21. Clear golden beer with stable head. Aroma has malts, crispy notes and biscuits. Flavor has malts, grain, grass, crispy notes, biscuits and herbs. Good, tasty and grainy, drinkable pils!

Tight foamy white head stayed on a highly carbonated translucent dark gold body. Cereal & grass aroma. Medium bodied, tickly on the togue with a dry clean back. Cereal, grain, earth & lightly hopped tastes. Nice & clean.

Can, 0.33l. Aroma is herbal, citrusy and bready. Pours clear golden with large frothy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet grainy, following is herbal and citrusy with clean pilsner taste, mouthfeel is dry, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Good for garden party...

Tap at La Fine Mousse Restaurant, Paris, 1st August 19. Pours clear and clean. Aroma is classic quality pils, straw and hay. Taste is clean and dry, bitter, fresh grass and hay. Love it, so crisp.
