Une blanche vive et surprenante au profil aromatique exotique et au caractère bien houblonné. Le blé, à l’origine de son apparence brumeuse, est mêlé à l’avoine et aux autres malts pour un max de douceur finement biscuitée. Un final acidulé et végétal vient harmoniser l’ensemble pour un dernier instant tout en volupté.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, grayish golden with a small, off-white head. Coriander and citrus nose. Medium body, sightly sweet notes of oranges, a little yeast, then turns dry and slightly bitter. Bit fizzy and muddled. 100325

Bottle. Bit hazy golden. Wheat, light sugary, a bit of orange zest, lime, tea. Medium sweet, light bitter and very light sour. Just medium bodied. Not the best Sainte Cru, watery and bland.
