This version of the Hoppy Single puts one our favorite hops in the spotlight: Talus! It's a perfect blend of tropical fruits, citrus and the necessary bitterness. Expressively strong, but accessible: doesn't that make you happy?

Medium, fluffy white head over veiled greenish yellow beer. Intense hoppy nose, immediately upon opening. Lupulin, lunaria, muscat grapes, oranges, orangejuice. Bitterish, and again citrus but in the mouth grapefruit- rather than orangejuice. Bit of kumquat, bittering herbs, pine resin. Quite well-carbonated, light to medium bodied, long lasting flavours. Not bad! Interesting hops. Txs to Stef!
