Bottle @ La Tana. Light hazy blond colour, white foam. Complex fruity and citrussy with vinous notes, notes of wood and oak. Refreshing.

Fully metallic-clear copper beer under an irregular medium white head, not very carbonated. Very vinous nose, white grapes, blanc de blancs. Wild yeast, lactic acid, Bretts. Demi-sec white wine, sultana's - if much less sweet. White grapes, all the sweetness gone into dry hayish flavours. Feels a bit better carbonated than it looks; fruitslick, medium bodied at best. Served a tad too warm, but great all the same.
