The twin to our first fruited sour with raspberry, it was time for something new! As the name hints this one received a dose of fresh mango to add some fruit flavour to a neutral base of pilsner malt and wheat. Interestingly also notes of passionfruits. Perhaps a fermentation by-product of the mango and a special hybrid yeast which also acidified the beer to a fresh tart level.

Sampled at Oirschots Bierfestival 2024. Hazy pale yellow color, white head. Aroma is lightly sourish, lemongrass-ish and peach. Very pleasant light peachy sourish flavor. Solid and refreshing. I like it! 5-7,5-9-9-8,5

Geprobeerd met LiekevdV, Inoven, Roelzie en Benzai op het Brabants Speciaalbier Festival in Oirschot. Het is een troebel geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van mango. De smaak is fruitig en citrus achtig.

Glas gedronken tijdens Oirschots bierfestival 2024. Goudgeel bijna melkachtig troebel bier met mooie schuimkraag die snel wegtrekt. Aroma fruitig. Smaak is zuur; citroenachtig. Zure smaak blijft lang hangen.
