Just in time for Spring. This is a crisp and refreshing classic American beer style. Northbrook's Cream Ale has a subtle malt sweetness and a very mild hop bitterness. It has a medium body with a pale golden color, reminiscent of straw or light hay. Our malt bill contributes flavors of toasted grain, biscuit, and perhaps a touch of caramel, providing a slight richness without overwhelming the palate.

Lemon, milk, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with large head. Moderately sweet citrus, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body.
