A festival for the people, a beer for the people. A craft pilsner. Brewskival Craft Beer Festival takes place in the end of August in Sweden each year and it is our contribution to "The Great Human Project". It's where we gather the finest of people, beers, music & food under the same roof "or tent". We strip all of them down to nudity. No commercials, no bling-bling. It's back to basics. We are all the same and we let our creations speak for themselves. It's time to look where we came from. Follow that monkey! Let's go ape!

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a small, white head. Subtle floral nose - but not enough. Light body, very dry malts and a light, finishing bitterness. Not bad, but knowing it’s Brewski, I’m sure they can do better. More malty body please, and more floral hops for the aroma please. 090817

Bottle from Beers’n’more. This is an odd one. Pours cloud pale yellow with a medium head and low residual foam. Freshly opened and poured, the aroma is citric and lightly grassy, lemon, some pale malt in the background. Over time It develops more metallic, earthy and chalky flavours which do not work with the hops. Body is light and refreshing, with a crisp carbonation and a pleasant bitterness. Nicely chewy, with a long bitterness on the palate but otherwise quite dry. But the longer it is in your glass (and this wasn’t even in the sun), it becomes clearly less tasteful and develops off flavours. I’m torn.

Keg at Bottle Shop. It puts cloudy golden with a small white head. The aroma is quite dull, white bread, paper, stone fruits, tangy citrus and floral notes. The taste is dry, bitter, straw, grainy, white bread, minty, floral, cracker, salty and herb with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Fairly meh.
