A festival for the people, a beer for the people. A craft pilsner. Brewskival Craft Beer Festival takes place in the end of August in Sweden each year and it is our contribution to "The Great Human Project". It's where we gather the finest of people, beers, music & food under the same roof "or tent". We strip all of them down to nudity. No commercials, no bling-bling. It's back to basics. We are all the same and we let our creations speak for themselves. It's time to look where we came from. Follow that monkey! Let's go ape!

How: Bottle.
Where: Systembolaget.
Appearance: Golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Citrus, malt, some grass.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: CItrus, malt, some fruit.

330ml bottle from Pien, Helsinki. BBE 07-12-2018 (wtf?!). Pours clear golden orange with a foamy white head. Aroma of grassy hops, hay, soapy notes, earthiness and grainy malts. Taste is crisp, grassy and slightly soapy with some hay and grainy maltiness. Finish is sweetish, citrusy and grassy with some hay, soapy notes and hints of grainy malts. Quite easy going.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av humle, malt, spannmål, bröd med toner av örter och citrus. Lagom sötma, torr, fruktig, tydlig beska.

33cl bottle from Pien. Bbe 07.12.2018. Poured slightly hazy golden color with a thick white head. Aroma has floral, mild hoppy and hay. Some sweetness, floral, mild peppery, grassy flavor. Mild bitterness. Quite sweet malty touch.

Flaska från SB. Gyllengul, disig, medelhögt vitt skum. Fin brödig och jästig doft. Smaken är lite torrare och gräsigare med lite citrus. En bra drickvänlig modern ofiltrerad pilsner. Gott.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Light yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste of grass, some citrus and herbs. Kind of soft and easy to drink. The finish was fairly bitter.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a small, white head. Subtle floral nose - but not enough. Light body, very dry malts and a light, finishing bitterness. Not bad, but knowing it’s Brewski, I’m sure they can do better. More malty body please, and more floral hops for the aroma please. 090817

On tap @ På Kornet, Stavanger. Pours hazy, pale yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is crisp, bitter hops, with pine, straw and citrusy notes. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is bitter hops, with pine, straw, citrus peel and some grassy notes.
