Prancer is the holiday IPA of 2023. Every year for Christmas we release a one-off IPA named after one of Santa's reindeer. We prefer to drink hoppy beers with the heavy dishes of winter time, and this beer is the perfect pairing for roasted pork and medister! A dry and flavourful, bitter West Coast IPA hopped generously with Centennial, Chinook, El dorado, Columbus, Idaho7, Ekuanot & Simcoe.

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, orangey golden with a small, rough, off-white head. Slightly tropical hop aromas. Medium body, an initial sweet fruitiness quickly balanced by lightly piney hops. Maybe not uber West Coast in style, but nice enough. Ends very dry. 240225

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear orange colour, small head. Evident grapefruit aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Grapefruit and rose water on bready malt. Mid bitter finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, zest, some spiciness, mild sweet malts and some caramel. Flavour is floral, some fruity, mild spicy tones with some herbs and sweet biscuity and bready malts.

Draft. A cloudy dark golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of oranges, spices, pine, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of oranges, spices, hops, malt, and a bit of caramel, leading to a bitter finish.
