--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear blushing golden, small head. Oaky tart nose with some smelly cheese. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Mild oaky tartness, some grapefruit, disturbing buttery cheese. Low bitterness.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of funk, spices, hops, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of wood, citrus fruits, hops, and funk, leading to a dry finish. Very refreshing.

Flavor is mildly sour, light malt, wood, oak, herbal, flowery, green fruit, white grapes. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. Great balance! 290423
