When Bavarian Brewmaster Josef Groll brewed his first batch of Lager in the city of Pilsen in1842, he created a new beer style which soon flowed across Europe and the western world.Our Cryogenic Czech-style Pilsner pays tribute to Groll’s mother of Lager beers with bottom-fermenting yeast, lower fermenting temperature, and a more subtle flavour profile. Its golden colour, subtle malty sweetness and distinctive Saaz hop aroma make it a pleasure to drink all year round, no matter where you’re from. Pairs well with: Nearly any roasted chicken or pork dish with a bit of spice or richness.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick, soapy curtains of lace. Mild aroma of bready pale malt and herbal hops. Sweet flavour of bready pale malt, lemon and spicy hops in a crisp, dry, bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Clean refreshing and crushable. Not bad.
