0.75l bottle. Surprisingly no batch number. It's quite a cloudy hazy looking one this, deep dark almost plum orange in color, much darker than I had imagined really and it has a good looking lasting and lacing off-white head placed on the top. On the nose it's quite malt oriented at first. Was expecting a hoppy punch, as this supposedly is based on the previously almighty Vestkyst. After a while when it settles the aroma gives me tones of sweet peach, old strawberry jam, lots of sweet mudgy caramel, red berries and traces of bitter grass. It smells absolutely alright, but not really much more than that to be honest. Probably my expectations and hopes that's ruining a bit here, but this tastes really ordinary. Thin and almost watery in the mouth - I just had a homebrew on 3.1% that had a much richer and fuller mouthfeel than this, and it's gently prickling on the carbonation. Really malty and biscuity In the taste. Well bitter, almost a bit too bitter for the light body. Bitter tea, some herbal influences, lots of mineralish traces, chocolate wrapper and caramel malts. On one side it's really lightdrinkable, on the other a tad boring. I definitely still prefer the original that was made a couple of years ago. And where's my batch number? Everything was better before, right? 08.05.2015

(Bottle, 0.33 l,  at Viking Gabriella, 20160710) The beer poured deep amber and quite cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, pine and caramel. Palate was medium bodied and quite dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, fruitiness, grass, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste had caramel and bitterness. A brew with very strong hoppiness. Somewhat out of balance but still not disturbing.

Tap at Beer Hunters, Pori. Hazy orange color, small white head. Peachy, candyish, fruity hoppy aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Orange, peach and citrus in flavor. Fruity sweetie with citrusy finish. Kind of unbalanced.

330ml bottle bought at EuroSpar Tomasjord. A misty apricot coloured body under an off-white coloured head with fine duration and lacing down the glass. Pleasantly hopped aroma of ripe orange and pine. Taste of grass, pine and mild malty sweetness followed by a drying aftertaste of citrus peels. Soft to foamy in the mouth. Nice session qualities (Tromsø 01.04.2016).

Flaske 750ml fra ICA Stakkevollan. Mørk gulbrun. Uklar. Middels høyt skum som stabiliserer seg lavt. God aroma av frukt & bær. Smaken sammensatt. Mye frukt. Plommer. Blir tørr etter hvert. Gjørmete siste kvelling. Mye bunnfall. Veldig bra butikkøl!

A quite nice hoppy ale in a “low” alcohol scale. I would not mind drinking this many times. Unclear deep orange golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Many dimensions in this one. Caramel malt, pine, ok tropical, some resin and grapefruit hoppy. Body can feel a little bit week with all of this onboard. Still an ok 4,7% body and an ok carbonation.
