Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a small, white head - looks like a Belgian Wit. Distinct Brettanomyces - think Orval. Thin body, extremely fizzy. A dry fruitiness combined with some yeastiness - and again massive Brett. No bitterness. It's obviously heavily infected, but in a "clean" way only from Brett making it quite pleasant if you like Bretty Wild Ales. Carbonation is annoying though. So bad it's almost good! 161025

Dorada ligeramente nebulosa. Abundante espuma jabonosa.
