Opaque black color, tan head. oily and full bodied. The aroma is mainly sweet vanilla. Tastes of coffee and chocolate , then vanilla and cinnamon take over. The finish is where the chipotle says hello.

16 ounce can. Opaque black color. Moderate sized rocky tan head. Roasted malt nose. Hints of coffee and cinnamon. First sip yields notes of roasted malt, chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla. The Ancho chilies emerge in the middle, though they are subtle. Mildly complex, the flavors meld nicely to produce a smooth drinkable Mexican stout.
