Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear deep golden with an extremely lively and lacing, white head. Intriguing spicy aroma - I have no idea what this is. The spices unfortunately turn rather annoying in the end - damm, what are those, now I at least know that I’ve had that taste before - heather or something? Spruce? Oh yes, spruce it is. I have yet to try a spruce beer that I really like. 280817

Hazy golden color. Aroma: steamed birch, bich tar and leaves. Taste: sweet, malt, birch juice, powerful, strange, original.

Bottled 330ml
From SIP? Dark orange color, huge off-white head. Strong berryish, birch leaves aroma. Medium-bodied. Flavor is also berryish with very strong birch leaves flavor. It is like drinking liquid "vihta". Interesting and pervert.

Bottled@AIH66 Beer Session. Amber colour, huge off-white fluffy head. Aroma is birch, mild fruity notes. Aroma is birch tree, some spruce, mild resin and some slight freshly cut grass. Refreshing and I kind of like this one in all it’s obscurity.

Bottle shared at au revoir tokyo at Gremlin. Thanks Raul! Malt forward nose with a big sweet, floral character that lingers throughout. Very light on the palate and highly drinkable. Sweet with a honey blossom or sticky flower presence. Medium bitterness on the finish.

Bottle @ home. Hazy reddish color, full sized rough off-white head. Aroma is weird, plant-like and not very nice. Taste malts, lightly hops, lightly bitter. Average body and carbonation. After a while the plant-like aroma diminishes and it becomes more blossomy and floral. Still, I find it quite meh.

Tap at One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Colour is clear orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Some fruits, lipstick, perfume, spruce, pine, some hops and malts. I actually find this one little bit of disturbing. Lipsticks are for pussies.

(Keg at One Pint Pub, 20160903) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had resin, pine,  malts and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, spruce sprouts, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, herbal and bitter. A nice hoppy pale ale.
