Rienaavan musta ja suutuntumaltaan täyteläinen imperial stout yhdistyy tynnyrien herkän vaniljaisiin ja selkeisiin bourbon-aromeihin, verestäen makuaisteja kohti lopputulemaa. Mallaspedin tuottama suklaisuus, kahvisuus, pähkinäisyys, karamellimaltaisuus ja taustalla lymyilevä mäntyinen katkeruus viimeistelevät kokonaisuuden.

(Can, 0.44l, at Pikkulintu Kontula, 20231102) The beer poured black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, dark chocolate vinous notes, vanilla and wood. Palate was full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were wood, burnt malts, vinous notes, dark chocolate, vanilla and bitterness. Aftertaste had wood, burnt malts and bitterness. A delicious burnt brew with woody notes.

0,44l can from the brewery. Canned 8/2023, bbe 1.8.2028. Almost black beer with almost no head. Aroma has coffee, bourbon, roasted malts, chocolate and vanilla. Flavor has roasted malts, dark coffee, wood, bourbon and dry, slightly bitter long finish. Simple, nice to have good IS. Way better than those sweet pastry stouts that are dominating today.
