440ml can. Jet black colour with minimally late awakening, small to average, thick, creamy, almost sediment layers shaping (different density and colour), moderately lasting, minimally lacing, tan head. BA supported, dark malty and caramel malty aroma, notes of toffee, caramel, dark caramel, Bourbon, some chocolate, treacle, a touch of vanilla, very weak, oaky overtones. Taste is roasty, dark malty, slightly caramel malty, minimally alcoholic, notes of dark chocolate, dark caramel, a touch of burnt caramel, some Bourbon, oak; some roasty bitterness, a touch of alcoholic bitterness. Viscous texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, dense, soft, creamy carbonation. Not overly complex, a tad too bitter and boozy - not fully convincing.

A black beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of roasted dark malt, coffee, some vanilla. Taste of dark chocolate malt, liquorice, coffee, melasse, thick mouthfeel.

Tap @ Væskebalancen, Blågaard. Black with a small beige ehad. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee and bourbon. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with a little warming alcohol. Oily. 080524
Thinnish body, roasty, somewhat sweet. Lightly roasted coffee, dark chocolate, some bourbon but could have more. Smooth, short aftertaste, nice.

Sweetish, oily and slightly roasty with some hints of oak, bourbon, vanilla and coffee notes. Keg @ Barski. Poured almost black in color. Thin beige head. Barrel notes, light wood, pleasant vanilla, notes of red berries at first. Perfectly balanced. Awesome.

Tap at Barski, Helsinki. Color is very dark brown with very small brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Chocolate, dark chocolate, Cacao, vanilla.... soft and nice.
