A big West Coast IPA, brewed with 100% Maris Otter malt, hopped on the hot side with Simcoe, Centennial and Chinook. Huge dry hop with Simcoe, Chinook, Citra and Colombus varieties for classic pine resin, grapefruit and citrus notes. Pithy!

Can, shared. @Vaeskebalancen, Copenhagen (Denmark). 08/05/2024 [#7.157 Global - #905 England - #4 Burning Sky] Pours hazy pale golden with a lacing white head. Aroma: Grapefruit, pine needles and lemon sherbet. Taste: very citrusy with resinous pine and lemon. Very fruity and mellow mouthfeel. Next one please!

A clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of strong juicy hops, sweet wheat malt, apricot. Taste of riped stone fruits, apricot, mango, citrus. Okay.

Can @ Væskebalancen, Blågaard. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 080524

Keg at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden. Aroma has low key stone fruit and a yeasty streak. Opaque dull gold. Creamy translucent white head. Light-medium bitter. Stone fruit and resin. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Only just noticed that this is a DIPA. What? Borinnggg.

Draught @ Det Skæve Hjørne. Pours hazy Golden with a White head. A touch of citrus and plenty of pine. Smooth and crisp with a short bitter finish

Keg at Sutton Arms, Clerkenwell, London. A hazy golden/yellow coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, grapefruit, tropical fruit, pine taste and aroma. A decent enough DIPA.

Can from Great Grog. Golden body with a light haze and a loose off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, white bread and lemon. Flavours of pine, melon and orange with a bitter, tongue-tingling finish. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Bright and light for a DIPA.
