Extra Special Bitter

Traditional English-style beer made with Maris Otter as a base malt, and a touch of Cristal T50 and DRC and finally fermented with ale yeast, to which we have given the house touch with a light dry-hop from Bramling Cross. Blackberry, prune, and blackcurrant aromas. Light but at the same time tasty and balanced with just the right bitterness to drink by the gallon.

Clear amber, creamy white head. Aroma of field strawberries, roasted barley. Taste is malt driven, a little sweet, but balanced. A very tasty beverage.
