Primary fermented with a blend of Brettanomyces which produces huge tropical and stone fruit flavours, we refermented this base beer with an equivalent of 220g/l of starfruit (aka carambola). This south-east Asian fruit is notable for its star shaped cross section and has flavour descriptors which include pear, apple, grape and citrus. The sweet and sour balance of this fruit provides a fine complement to our most tropical house culture. Drink young or age, this will get weirder. Hail the Goat!

Crowler from Beerdome. Golden peachy with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, citrus and vinegar. Flavor is a bit sweet and very acidic.

Draught, taster. @Taphouse, Copenhagen (Denmark). 08/05/2024 [#7.170 Global - #287 Scotland - #3 Holy Goat Brewing] Pours hazy golden to orange with a white head. Mostly lacing. Aroma: pear, funk, pineapple and peach. Taste: zesty pineapple, apricot and funk. Extremly tart mouthfeel. Next one please!

Uklar gul med hvit topp som blir liggende rundt kanten. Aroma; mango, grapefrukt, sitrusgress, eple. Smak; surt eple, grapefrukt, pære, mango, ananas. Syrlig, bitter. Fruktig ettersmak.

A hazy golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sour tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, papaya. Taste of sour tropical fruits, mango, apricot, grapefruit, really good.
