We used a whole bunch of select beans from Mr. Smith's in this brew. Cafe Gulianova, a blend of beans from Central America and Africa, delivers a full-body coffee flavor without being too smoky + Brazilian Santos, a medium-light roasted single origin bean with lovely floral notes and a bright acidity that doesn't overpower.

Rated at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2024 (MBCC). Intense with coffee bean notes, some roastiness, fruits and dry earthiness. Quite a lot of coffee notes here.

Tap @ MBCC. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich coffee beans, vegetables, roast malt, chocolate and has a nice coffee finish.

Sample at MBCC2024, Copenhagen. Colour is clear dark brown with very small head. Aromas and flavours: Coffee, dryness... Lotus of coffee.

MBCC. Almost black with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and heavy ground coffee. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and modrate bitter finish. 100524
