We used a whole bunch of select beans from Mr. Smith's in this brew. Cafe Gulianova, a blend of beans from Central America and Africa, delivers a full-body coffee flavor without being too smoky + Brazilian Santos, a medium-light roasted single origin bean with lovely floral notes and a bright acidity that doesn't overpower.

10/5/2024. Tap at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen. Pours very dark mahogany brown with a small bubbly/frothy off-white to beige head. Aroma is coffee beans, dark malts, chocolate. Nice roasted bitterness. Very good.
