An imperial Vanilla Fudge Stout with Bourbon Soaked Ugandan and Madagascan Vanilla.

Collaboration with Distant Lands. One of the lowest IBUs that Nerd have done, creating slightly sweeter stout. 2 types of vanilla soaked in a few litres of Bourbon for a week, added post fermentation to make sure the creamy vanilla stands out alongside a bourbon base.

330ml can. Pours black with a brown head. Aroma of vanilla, bourbon, chocolate, molasses. Taste of chocolate, vanilla, molasses, roast malts, liquorice, strong bourbon, initially sweet but finishes quite bitter, and some boozy warmth. Medium-full bodied.

Mikkeller Beer Celebration, Yellow Session. A black beer with a tan lacing. Aroma of sweet dark chocolate malt, coffee. Taste of sweet chocolate, coffee beans, vanilla.

Rated at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2024 (MBCC). Roasty, heavy with vanilla, creamy and earthy notes. A bit unbalanced

MBCC. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, marshmallows, vanilla and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet. Dry finish with warming alcohol. 100524
