(Keg at Pien Shop, 20230414) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain and honey like sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, honey, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy, malty and bitter. A tasty brew showing both Pilsner malts and grassy hops.

On tap at Bar Lupulus, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a large white head. Aroma is perfectly bitter and grassy, with a great crisp bitterness, the right herbaceous character, and some straw. Flavour is clean and crisp, with straw, herbaceous notes, and gentle grassy bitterness. Clean, crisp and gently bitter. Good example of the style.
