Eingetrübte goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, malziger, leicht fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, malzig, eher zurückhaltend fruchtig nach Banane. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

7-3-6-3-13 Plastic bottle, 5,5 % ABV, two months before bbd. Pours unclear orange, with a creamy head. Aroma is sweet yeasty notes with banana and fruits, as well as spicy phenolic notes with cloves, hay and wheaty minerals. Medium to full body, with a pleasantly softish carbonation. Flavour is sweet, estery yeast with banana and ripe fruits, as well as hay, phenolic notes of cloves, perfume and wheaty minerals. There are better hefeweissens for sure, but this is not half bad for a cheap brew in a plastic bottle.

Dorada anaranjada consistentemente turbia y de espuma duradera. Aroma poco marcado, acaramelado.

0.5 l bottle from local 'LIDL', best before July 2022. Quite hazy, deep amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-fruity, a bit spicy aroma of quite some banana, light clove and a touch of honey. Rather sweet, malty, gently yeasty-fruity and a bit spicy taste of banana, some pear, light honey and traces of clove, followed by a short, hardly bitter, gently yeasty-spicy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent Weizen, nicely fruity, just a bit sweet. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Perlenbacher Hefeweissbier on 26 Feb 2017 at 13:06 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.
