16oz can. Filtered orange body. Foamy white head. Pretty standard Euro-lager feel. Inoffensive, but not that impressive either. Preferable session beer to most. Weak hop non-bite. Mild doughy tone, pleasant european malt tone somewhere deep down. OK for the lager starved.

Clear golden with a white fluffy head. Grain and earthy zesty hops. Medium body. Not a lot going on but not too bad.

16 oz. can from Veteran's. Pours a clear, bronze color, with a big, off-white, frothy head. The aroma is corn, resin, clover honey, toast, and pine. Adjunct sweetness, with a pretty solid, smooth bitterness. Light body, with a creamy mouthfeel and a sharp bite in the finish. Surprisingly nice, simple, and well made.

Oct. ’16. A 0.5 l can that poured golden body with a bigger head. Weak hay aroma. Light sourish hay to lemon flavor, grainy malt dictated it but opened a pleasant (but weak) biscuit note popping here and there and getting more pronounced in its finish. Thin to medium body with longer, dry herbal, hay/grainy and a bit eggy finish. Okay, drinkable but far from good and thrilling as a real pilsener.

330ml bottle [another one from bartlebier’s surprise box, dankeschön!]. Clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy aroma, a touch of white bread crust, wet straw and horse piss. Taste is strawy, grainy, cautious pale malty spiciness, plain bitter hoppiness, watery passages.
