A slightly hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of farmhouse yeast, some tart apples, brett. Taste of sour white grapes, brett, barnyard, yeast.

cloudy golden amber color. Massive frothy white head. Massively dry sour honey spicy rye in the nose. Super amazing palate of honey, rye, . Medium full body. Modestly tart. Nice honey and rye finish with just modest funkiness. Excellent
