Wat maakt onze Beliner Weisse zo güt? De bessen, amigo’s, de bessen. We doken de Nederlandse duinen in om wilde bessen te plukken voor een verfrissend zomers gerstenatje dat scherp, complex en citrusachtig is. Last van alle doorns? Jazekers, dat deed het. Ben je gewond? Alleen het lichaam, niet de ziel. Het was een klein offer om deze verse Berliner Weisse te brouwen. Wie fruitige Berliner Weisse wil brouwen, moet pijn lijden.

Color salmón, turbia, espuma blanco sucio ligerisímamente rosado. Aroma tenue y afrutado con notas de frambuesa y algo de nube de gominola. Ligera en boca, chispeante, algo acuosa, afrutada, se siente el sabor a frutos rojos y frutas del bosque, acidez media y ligero dulzor, nulo amargor, notas de ácido láctico y cierto toque salado, refrescante. Sencilla pero sabrosa, disfrutable y de fácil beber.

Can 33cl.@home poured into a shaker. Hazy pink colour, good moussy pinkish head, half-way lasting, light lacing. Aroma pale malt, cranberries, blackberries, earthy notes, dough. Taste medium sour and light sweet, berries, light lemon, pinch of salt. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, fruity sweet and sour aftertaste, thirst quencher, okay.
