Draught Medium, irregular white head over hazy pale yellow beer with an orangeish sheen. Some cheesy notes, bread with a cheese spread and herbs. Again the herbs in the mouth, other grains, wholemealbread. Slick, light body, medium carbonation. I keep having trouble with spelt (Dinkel), it giving often a flavour of stale bread, that does annoy me. No exception here, even if it is mild.
