This light, light-colored wheat beer, deliberately brewed with a slightly stronger texture, achieves a rich aromatic diversity and fullness. A pronounced hop addition also ensures a complex flavor. Grain and fruit notes combine in a refreshingly summery balance.
The nose impresses with expressive fruit aromas of ripe banana, passion fruit, and pineapple. These are complemented by subtle spices: allspice, clove, and star anise. Grain notes and a delicate yeast finish round out the extensive aroma spectrum.
Ripe fruit notes reappear on the palate. Dried fruit (apricot) blends with tropical fruit (a subtle banana). In addition, there is a subtle, rounded hop flavor that contributes to the beer's harmonious flavor. A subtle citrus freshness provides an invigorating mouthfeel.

Bottled 500ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Hazy orange coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, pleasant wheaty nose. Sweetish malty, wheaty, mild yeasty, banana and mild fruity with discreet touch of spices in the finish.

Very hazy amber colour, creamy white foam. Lots of banana, some citrus, yeasty, sweet, light tart, very well balanced. Great Hefeweizen.

Couleur orange présentant un léger trouble, col crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme est frais avec une très belle msie en avant des esters - ici la banane est là sans être trop dominante. Rétro léger de grains-concassés. Houblonné délicat noble apportent des effluves de fleuri et citronné.
Palais est finement malté, cara pâle, froment, esters bananes avec une petite pointe d'épice en fin de bouche - girofle? Rondeur latente avec un houblonné noble très plaisant sur le fleuri et un délicat fruité.

Bottle at Hopdog, 23rd June 22. Pours a hazy orange. Aroma is citrus and yeast. Taste is dry, light spice, some banana, yeast and citrus, bready. Quite nice

500ml bottle. Hazy, amber colour with average to huge, firm, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy aroma, notes of banana, pear, a touch of baked banana, honey, some clove, whiffs of nutmeg and cinnamon, grainy/husky wheaty overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and slightly yeasty spicy, notes of banana, baked banana, pear, honey, a touch of speculoos, hints of clove, nutmeg, cinnamon. Creamy texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite Christmassy due to the spicy flavours, maybe a tad too sweet - very nice.
