Keg at the brewery taproom, 16/05/2025.
Hazed orange with an off white cap that clears to the edge.
Nose is mango flesh, papaya, coconut shavings.
Taste comprises mandarin, coconut, passionfruit, guava, lactic tang.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering edge.
Fun sour.

Draught, half-pint at The Old Fire Station. Shared with Finn. Patches on the surface of a hazy, golden body, lacing rings down the glass. Moderate smell of floral fruits, mid-sweet. Blended taste of tropical fruits with a coconut input. Subdued fruity tartness to the ending. Fair enough. (Salford, 22.03.2024).
