This deep yellow, slightly hazy saison has a fine, persistent head with a beautiful light cream color. The very complex scents immediately evoke flower fields and make you gently land on a sea of thyme and rosemary. As soon as the beer warms up, the vegetal scents evolve into a wonderful floral bouquet, which finishes with clear notes of ground pepper.

Smell of straw, citrus. Mead colour, white head, plenty of resin. Aroma of overripe fruit, sugar, some straw, corn, coriander. Strong coriander finish. Lively carbon. Sweet. Mid-heavy body. Somehow off balance, too much coriander and sweetness.

(Bottle) Pours cloudy golden yellow with small white head. Pleasant aroma - citrus with peppery spice. Great mouthfeel - plenty of fine carbonation. Nice taste with some complexity. There's a gentle fruity mix, some subtle sweetness, a little bit of peppery spice. Very pleasant.

Bottle. Somewhat hazy gold with a white head that mostly fizzes away. 3 Aroma of spiced and toasted grain, crackers, bread, hay. (Since I ate soba the other day I feel confident in saying there's buckwheat in here too). Some oranges and spices. The considerable malt/grain complexity is overshadowed a bit by the spices (white pepper, coriander, maybe mace, cardamon?) on the palate. Not all that sweet but it doesn't dry out all that much at the end. Deep.

0.75 l bottle from Vrutak, shared with Višnja 666, StoutBraut and Di Giusto! Hazy golden, medium white head. Visible sediment. Light citrus, skunky, yeasty, some funk, malts. Tart and citric. Medium body, moderate carbonation, light, fruity finish. Malty flavors, also pepper. Not bad, on the tart side!
