Das Bier kann man schon mit einigen Tags versehen: Kandiszucker, Emmer, Roggen und das ukrainische Grundnahrungsmittel Hretschka (Buchweizen ). Also es ist verdammt getreidig. Das gibt eine wundervolle Aromenvielfalt, nur der Hopfen kommt nicht mehr durch.

On tap at Stone Brewing Berlin. Comes with a light hazy golden color an d only a thin, white head with larges bubbles. Intresting nose of banana-peel, yeast, some herbst und grain. Becomes more fruity as it becomes warmer. Taste is slightly fruity, with green bananas, yeast and some very light strawberries. Rather lioght and short. Nice Saison

[2/2/17] Bottle at Eataly in Boston. Golden. Spicy, fruity, sweet. So-so. .

Bottle at Brew Beers and Ciders, Sukhumvit. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is apple mango fruit. The flavour is moderate sweet with a light crispy, grainy malt, dry fake sugar, light fruit, ligh spice palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Clear, golden beer with good but short head. Some mango, grain and flowers & some soap on aroma. Taste is slightly fruity, with some herbs and lots of pepper. Quite good carbonation. The end is malty and includes a lot of pepper. Quite strange but nice combination. Points from natural wooden cork.

Keg at Baladdin, Bologna. A nice translucent golden orange coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is fresh orange tangerine, wit yeast, orange rind, wheat, Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation, a little flabby. Flavour is composed of spicy orange peel, cinnamon mellow saison yeast, little perfume. Ok saison.

Jun ’16. A 0.75 l corked/waxed bottle. It poured a bit hazy yellow body with medium to big head. Quite weird, but fine aroma. Apple, peach, coriander, elderflower, regular mineral water, hint of something similar to a cheap citrus radler, but blended quite nicely here with all the components. Flavor was lightly bitter, also, as it got warmer very peppery (most realistic black pepper I’ve ever encountered in a beer) leaving the long hot aftertaste. Every new sip helped it to go away for the new lighter flavors to show up. Light malty sweetness was biscuity, chalky, floral with a hint of cucumbers, coriander, other spices, sunflower seeds. That said, it’s obvious couple of sips can’t be enough to really understand this one in its full complexity. And it’s so weird. Thinner in body, believe it or not after all, smooth (oats I guess), mineral water in the finish as well, besides aforementioned pepper. Wow, this was probably one of the most twisted beers ever, but I enjoyed every bit of it. Extreme complexity for the little ABV, luckily, not another "praised" bland saison. I’m in love with this brewery!

Bottle @ OlutExpo 2015

Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of fruits, yeast, earthy notes and spices. Taste is sweet, yeasty and stuffy with some citrus and lemon. Finish is lemony, citrusy and fruity with some yeastiness. Okay.

Sample from bottle at Olutexpo 2015, Helsinki. Colour us slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citrus, spices, hops and malts.
