This deep yellow, slightly hazy saison has a fine, persistent head with a beautiful light cream color. The very complex scents immediately evoke flower fields and make you gently land on a sea of thyme and rosemary. As soon as the beer warms up, the vegetal scents evolve into a wonderful floral bouquet, which finishes with clear notes of ground pepper.

A light yellow, a head is blond and almost medium. Aroma has flowery and aromatic. Sweet fruits, flowers, black pepper and some lemon. Taste has strong but mild spicyness, camomilla and lemon. Some sharp peppers in the end. There are also much more flavours then I described here but it’s difficult to say exactly what. Medium bodied. Maybe even too complex beer. Personal. Spicy.

Bottle from GBBF 2015 and drunk at home. Pours hazy golden lasting beige head. Slightly funky aroma with some spice. Funny having this after so many English saisons. This is a little more cereal led. Herb. A little funkier than some saisons. Decent.

Bottle, 750 ml from Vrutak, Zagreb. Shared with JFK10000. Cloudy yellow, short lasting white head. Tastes and smells like cellar, moist, bit spicy, yeasty. Very weird.

Bottle from Eataly Milano, kindly delivered by a friend, many thanks.Hazy orange golden color with medium white head. Malt, oranges, tangerines, coriander, other spices. Taste, oranges, tangerines, malt, coriander, cinnamon, peppery notes, allspice, ginger and much more. Dry, spicy finish. Very good refreshing beer.

Tap.Clear golden colour with medium head.Aroma is strong spicey of coriander and cinnamom,good well balanced mouth feels and fresh taste of herbs fruits and spices really nice beer.

Cloudy yellow golden color with a fine white head. Good lacing. Wheat, fruity, citric and some spicy notes in the aroma. Ok body. Slightly sweet and a pleasant bitterness. Average to soft carbonation. Fruity, malty, wheat, citric and some lovely notes in the flavor. Tasty nice ale.

(Bottle, 0.75 l - BBE June 2016, from Systembolaget, 20141206) The beer poured golden and lighly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and orange. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, orange, spices, black pepper, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, spicy, black pepper and bitter. A confusing saison. Aroma made me expect orange juice but I got rather nice brew with too intense pepper taste.

Flaska från SB. Gyllenfärgad, högt vitt skum, lite champagneliknande. Trots alla kryddor en ganska stiltypisk saison med en ganska försynt men komplex och nyanserad smakbild. Frisk, ötrig och kryddig med koriander, citrus och lite vitpeppar i eftersmaken. Gott
