Foamy and crushable, KELLER is our take on an unfiltered German-style Pilsner. Lagered for 6 weeks for subtle depth of flavour, and spunded for natural carbonation to provide a dense and resilient head.

Using Weyermann Premium Pilsner malt and a touch of acidulated malt, we've created a naturally slightly hazy lager with notes of lemon zest, crusty bread and hay with a moreish bitterness and spritzy mouthfeel you look for in a clean crisp pilsner.

Draught at Two Flints Brewery Tap. Shared with Finn. Clear straw coloured body, spotty lacing from a fluffy white head. Moderate aromas of grassy hops, mid-dry. Noble hops to the taste profile with pale malts beneath. Smooth finish with discreet bitterness. Drinks very well. Pleasing to a certain degree. (Windsor, 17.03.2024).

Delt med Rune. Stråfarget. Lavt luftig skum. Klar. Gressaroma. Smaken tørrhøy, mais & malt. Litt tørr avslutning. Grei beskjeden bitter avslutning.

Can ordered from Berkshire Beer Box. Ascot. Aroma is doughy, with an earthiness and citrus edge. Clear light gold. Thick foamy translucent white head. Medium-heavy bitter. Woody. Bitter citrus, which also adds sourness. Underlying malts, more evident into the finish. The sour citrus gradually amps up. Light. Thin. Lifted by soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Chewy Pils. Not sure how much Kellerbier really ended up in the final product l.
