Geprobeerd met Roelzie1986 bij Brouwerij het Veem te Eindhoven. Het is een diep donkerbruin bier met een bruinig dun schuim. Het aroma is gebrand mout en koffie. De smaak is moutig, gebrand, koffie en chocolade.

Tap@Taphouse London TTO, Copenhagen (02/05/2018) - dark brown to black pour with a tan head. Roasted and sweet malty with prominent coffee, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, medium body, some charred burnt malty notes into the roasted finish.

Bottle from de Caigny, bottled 06/03/2018 BB 06/09/2018. Brown color, medium rocky head. Aroma of roasty and earthy coffee, fruity cacao, bit licorice. Slight piney, earthy coffee, bit roasty bitterness. Ok, but lacks a bit of depth and balance.

7 3 8 3 16 Draft at Helst, Amsterdam. Near black with a tan head. Aroma of coffee, cold brew, caramel and light lactose. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from the brewery in Bermondsey and drunk at home. Black beer lasting thick tan head. chocolate and coffee aroma. Like a chocolate wafer. A little thin in the mouth. Some decent coffee chocolate wafer biscuit flavour. Some praline. Nice enough. As I say a little thin in the body, but I liked the praline chocolate, coffee wafer thing going on.

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolte, coffee, hops and has a nice bitter finish.
