Our smoked porter is inspired by late evenings spent outside with family and friends, sat under the stars with the crackle of a campfire. It's both a robust beer and a comforting one, featuring oak-smoked wheat, beech-smoked barley and rich dark malts building depth of flavour.

440ml can. Quasi black colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, dark beige head. Roasty, chocolately and mildly smoky, dark malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, smoked wood, a touch of wood ashes, some toffee, caramel overtones. Taste is roasty, slightly woody and chocolately, minimally ashy, dark malty, slightly bitter and grassy, minimally fruity hoppy, notes of dark chocolate, smoked wood, some caramel and malt lozenge, subtle sweetness. Can at the air bnb in Bruxelles, picked up from Siren online, 20/02/24. Light black with a beige covering that thins to a swirl. Nose is light smoke, stewed fruits, herb, biscuit, burnt toffee. Taste comprises smoked malts, biscuit, grains, herb, cocoa sprinkle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a mellow roasted bite. Tidy for the style.
