The sunshine is squeezing in and our lemonade stand is out. We've brewed this thirst quenching summertime supper with a slightly sweeter lager and topped it off with lemon puree. Now all that's left to do is sit back and wait for that sunshine to hit.

Hops: Perle, Saphir
Malt: Pilsner, Wheat, Carapils
Yeast: Bavarian Lager

Can from the Co-operative Food. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light malt and lemon. Taste is more lemon and faint malt. Light sweet finish.

1/3 pint, draught at Camden Beer Hall & Brewery. Cloudy grey-golden body, covering pearl white head, spotty lacing. Subdued smell of mid-dry citrus fruits. Lemony flavoured, mid-dry. Prolonged ending, mid-sweet. Just okay. (Kentish Town, London 02.10.2023).
