Our shared love for simple, classic cask beer led us to a showcase of Citra hops - utilising Citra T90, Cryo and Incognito formats to create a full and rounded expression, evoking notes of lychee, elderflower and the tropics! Vegan.

Gravicask, one-half, shared with Finn at St Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Clingy lacing from a low white head, misty golden body. Moderate grassy nose with a citric note. Mixed taste of lemon-lime, grass, and white bread. Drying close with a fruity bite. Accepted. (St Albans, 27.09.2023).

Cask at the St Albans beer festival 2023 LIGHT hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a loose fine white head. Aroma is Lychee. Lemon, floral. Flavour is composed of crisp, wheat, lemon, grass, wet, lime. Flavour is composed of grainy, green citrus, midget gems. Lychee.
