Cask ale, one pint with the food at Thomas Ingoldesby (JDW). Clear amber body, clingy lacing, covering pearl white head. Promising smell of ripe citrus and cereal malts. Blended taste of ripe citrus, grass, herbal hops and a little bite of malty sweetness beneath. Moments of fruity bitterness towards the ending. Food friendly. Pretty decent. (Canterbury 11.02.2023).
