For Collabageddon 2022 we teamed up with Wilderness to brew this Belgian Blonde Ale. Du Brol means "some random stuff" in Bruxelle slang, because this beer is a combination of random ingredients. German malt, Kentish hops, and Belgian yeast, all spiced up with some juniper berries and some Szechuan peppers. Like in traditional Belgian blondes, the yeast takes the front stage. The Bullion hops add some extra roundness and a citrus touch.

Tap at Penbury Tavern. Aroma has citrus and soft spice with underlying yeast. Hazy-opaque orange. Thin creamy translucent white head. Medium bitter. Tart citrus. Spice. Underlying fruity yeast hints. Light. Thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Perky. Yes, perky.

Half-pint, draught at Five Points Brewery Taproom. Shared with Finn. Filmy layer over a next-to-clear golden body, spotty lacing. Subdued spiced fruity aromas. Flavoured with a mild touch of juniper and ginger spices, alongside moments of yeasty fruitiness. Spiced fruity endnotes. Accepted. (Hackney, Greater London 09.02.2023).

Delt med Rune på Tapprommet. Lys gylden. Litt uklar. Middels høyt tett skum. Daler sakte. Tykk lacing. Lett krydderaroma. Smaken jordbær. Tørr, lett bitter avslutning. Bra - men uvariert.
