'Homegrown' is a collaboration beer from Docks Beers and Kirkstall Brewery. Kirkstall brewing legend Stuart Ross came to brew at Docks with Grimsby's own Lewis Birch. Together they've brought to life a 4.5% golden pale ale in celebration of UK cask craft beer. Brewed with all British hops to create the kind of pint that every brewer dreams of tucking into after a long shift!

Aromas and flavours of peach, mango and passion fruit, provided by the latest crop from a new wave of British Grown hops provide the heart and soul of this all British Pale ale. Olicana and Archer good are supported a firm bittering addition provided by Ernest, coupled with some classic UK malts, Homegrown puts a very modern spin on a British standard.

1/3 pint, on cask at Docks Beer. Shared with Finn. Bubbly surface, near-clear golden body, fair lacing. Moderate smell of mid-sweet fruity hops. Fruity flavours with honeyed sweetness. Ends ripe fruity. Satisfying. (Grimsby 15.10.2022).

Delt med Rune. Lys gylden. Nesten klar. Eplejuiceaktig. Plommearoma. Smaken tørkete epler. Søt fruktig avslutning. Så vidt litt bitterhet.
